Return & Refund Policy – Stryx Wear

At Stryx Wear, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Not have any stains, odors, marks, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Pass our quality inspection upon receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional events marked as non-returnable.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

  4. Products must be handed over to the courier partner or shipped back within the timeframe communicated by our support team.

Stryx Wear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds are typically processed & credited within 5–10 business days after successful inspection.

  • The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

If the returned product fails quality inspection, the refund request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

We are delivery Exchange/Replacement/Defect product within 7 days

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as deemed appropriate.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy mentioned above.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided at Stryx Wear's discretion.

8. Refund Exceptions

Stryx Wear reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Excessive or repeated return requests.

  • Suspected misuse of the return policy.

  • Products returned in a condition different from how they were delivered.
