At Stryx Wear, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during special promotional periods may require additional processing time.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where applicable).


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other logistical factors.

  • Customers in metro cities may receive their orders sooner, while deliveries to remote locations may take additional time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Stryx Wear may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, or promotional campaigns at its discretion.


4. Serviceability & Pincode Availability

We strive to deliver across most locations in India through our courier partners.

However, in certain cases:

  • Some pincodes may be temporarily or permanently non-serviceable due to courier network limitations.

  • If your pincode is found to be non-serviceable after an order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution where possible.

  • If delivery cannot be arranged, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Stryx Wear reserves the right to decline delivery to locations that are deemed non-serviceable by our logistics partners.


5. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier partner operational delays

Stryx Wear shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.

Stryx Wear shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue; however, resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier's process.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Customers can use these details to track the status of their shipment.
